You've made a wise choice! This unit just finished extensive upgrading last week! The counter tops, cabinets, and appliances are all brand new with the stickers still on them! Having a split floor plan this 2/2.5 is perfect to separate your office or k ids room and gives you plenty of privacy. The white granite and double sink in the kitchen is one of my favorite features.
